Booth Placement Policy
The Seattle Wedding Show supports vendors of all booth sizes. Booth selection is based on exhibitor seniority (years with SWS), not booth size or preferential treatment. Exhibitors choose their own locations, with a required 10’ separation between like businesses (excluding aisles). View the floor plan here: https://weddingshow.com/s/floorplan.pdf Returning Vendors 1. Applications are due by March 15; accounts must be in good standing to retain seniority. 2. If the floor plan remains unchanged, you keep your same booth and location. If changes occur (rare), all exhibitors reselect based on seniority. 3. Booth selections begin after March 15. You’ll receive an email with your appointment to confirm or choose a space. Process completes by end of May. 4. After selecting, you may monitor the floor plan and contact show management if a preferred space becomes available. 5. A participation agreement will be emailed after placement and must be signed within 10 days. 6. Booth size upgrades or downgrades are allowed based on availability. New Vendors 1. We accept new vendors throughout the year. Apply here. https://weddingshow.com/application 2. New Vendors accepted before the end of May will receive a booth selection appointment. 3. New Vendors accepted after May will select their booth upon acceptance. 4. After selecting, you may monitor the floor plan and contact show management if a preferred space opens. 5. A participation agreement will be emailed after placement and must be signed within 10 days. 6. Booth size changes are allowed after placement, pending availability. Booth Payment Options: Standard plan – 3 Equal Payments ✓ 1/3 deposit is due 15 days after acceptance. ✓ 1/3 is due August 10th. ✓ 1/3 is due October 10th. Monthly Auto Pay: We offer a monthly autopay to your credit card on the 1st or 15th of each month. Payment in Full: Net 30 Applications are accepted year-round - Acceptance after October 10th 1. If your acceptance occurs after October 10th, payment due dates will be set based on your acceptance date. Booth Cancellation Policy: 1. If the exhibitor cancels before June 10th, funds paid toward booth space are refundable, less a 10% admin fee. 2. If the exhibitor cancels after June 10th, there is no refund, however, no additional fees are due. SWS reserves the right to refuse any exhibitor or potential exhibitor.
