Seattle Wedding Show – Food & Beverage Sampling Info The Seattle Wedding Show has obtained a Temporary Event Food & Beverage Blanket Sampling Permit from the King County Health Department. This permit covers all vendors as long as you follow the steps below.

- No individual permit needed. You don’t need to contact the Health Department. Participation Fee: $125 per exhibitor. 2 Forms Required. Each exhibitor must complete both forms:

Submit Forms to SWS. (complete each form - save as PDF - attach to email) Email completed forms to Seattle Wedding Show - howard@weddingshow.com We will manage the submission to the Health Department and ARAMARK. Mandatory Compliance. If you don’t submit completed forms, you will not be covered by the permit. You will not be allowed to sample and could face Health Department fines. Hand-washing Station.
